Every KitBox candle is handcrafted in small batches and carefully prepared after your order is placed. Unlike mass-produced products, our candles require dedicated time for pouring, setting, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging.

Please allow 1–2 business days for candle production and order preparation before dispatch.

During festive seasons, sale events, or periods of high demand, production timelines may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we create each candle with care and attention to detail.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Accordingly, the total estimated timeline from order placement to delivery may range between 3–12 business days, depending on your location and courier network availability.
