At KitBox, every candle is thoughtfully crafted, carefully inspected, and securely packed before it leaves our studio. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased due to a change of mind, fragrance preference, or products that have been used, burned, altered, or damaged after delivery.
As each fragrance experience is unique to the individual, we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what was purchased, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly share your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Replacements
Where a claim is verified, we may offer a replacement for the affected product at no additional cost. Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and satisfactory outcome.
Refunds
Refunds may be approved in circumstances where a replacement is not possible or appropriate. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Non-Eligible Items
We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been used, burned, customized, purchased during clearance or promotional sales, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
